We are very experienced in cross border and managing multi-jurisdictional matters. We understand and working seamlessly with parent and regional management and legal teams. Whether it is dealing with M+A, commercial contracts, finance and security, IP, privacy and data protection, tax (eg. thin capitalisation and transfer pricing), leases, employment contracts, business migration and VISAs, or a myriad of other issues – we can help.
