About Me
Juliet is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, advising clients across a wide range of matters including business establishments and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Juliet joined Tompkins Wake in 2020.

While working full-time, Juliet completed a Master’s degree specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law with first class honours which included research in SME finance, corporate governance, and company meetings. With first-hand experience working in-house, having been seconded to large companies in the insurance and primary industry sectors, Juliet has a unique insight and perspective into the corporate world which brings a practical and commercial focus to her advice.
