Academy participants for 2015 take time out for their hours of service project helping local Maltese Children's Charity AND raising money through donations.
The selected charity was Inspire Malta for the Academy this year and it was a great choice when you learn from their website the kind of work they are doing with children on the island to ensure they have better lives.You can visit their website here at Inspire.
Our Academy participants were sent the charity presentation in advance of their course and were asked to give a donation if they felt they were able to and as a result a total of €1,551.00 was raised in donations.
Participants also took time out from their academic schedule on the Wednesday afternoon in order to travel to one of the charity facility in Marsascala in order to assist with painting and decorating and general maintenance.I would like to thank you and all he delegation who yesterday dedicated some of their minimal free time while in Malta doing a CSR activity at our Marsascala facility. We are truly grateful and appreciative – and you did a great job!!!! Thank you so very much!
