Notification on recent bankruptcies of Dutch retail chains: invoke retention of title before it is too late

In recent months, a number of large Dutch retail chains have been declared bankrupt. This affects some of our clients, and it may affect clients of our Multilaw partners as well. In that respect, we send you this notification about the fact that several suppliers claim to have suffered damages on the grounds that the trustee has failed to respect their retention of title on delivered products. Our advice to your clients: present your titles as soon as possible.
