About Me
Jennifer is a senior associate in the dispute resolution and litigation department with Philip Lee. She is experienced in advising on a broad range of contentious matters, with a particular focus on High Court and Commercial Court banking and corporate disputes and civil fraud.

Jennifer is a member of the healthcare team and focuses on complex healthcare litigation. She recently completed a Diploma in Healthcare with the Law Society of Ireland.

Jennifer trained in a top-ranked Irish law firm and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland, and England and Wales, in 2013. Following qualification, Jennifer worked for a US law firm in London where she represented a global investment bank in relation to a large multi-jurisdictional regulatory investigation of the foreign exchange trading market. She then worked for a boutique commercial litigation disputes firm in London where she gained a wealth of experience in complex banking and financial disputes relating to financial product mis-selling and alleged manipulation of LIBOR, and acting for a fund manager in proceedings involving a dispute as to fees associated with investment of capital investment funds into complex structured products.

Jennifer is committed to delivering focused and strategic advice to clients in respect of often detailed and complex high-value disputes.
