About Me
Louis Burke is a partner in the banking and finance group at Philip Lee. Louis has significant experience in advising institutional and private clients on a wide range of multi jurisdiction corporate lending matters, specialising in real estate finance, development finance, acquisition finance and asset-based lending, including factoring and invoice discounting.
In addition to general transactional corporate lending, Louis has also managed and participated in multi-departmental teams on loan sale projects involving large portfolio sales and bilateral off market sales and acquisitions, acting for vendors and bidders/investors seeking to purchase new assets.

In recent years Louis has advised numerous domestic and international clients in relation to some of the most high profile financing transactions completed in Ireland, a number of which have been awarded the prestigious “Deal of the Year” by Finance Dublin magazine.
