About Me
Simon Waldbröl is part of the Banking and Finance team. He advises clients in the areas of Banking, Finance and Financial Regulatory Law.
He focuses on Future Banking matters. He advises banks, payment service providers and financial service providers as well as FinTechs on structuring innovative business models. Furthermore, Simon Waldbröl assists in all matters of banking, banking supervisory and financial law and accompanies financing transactions. Since March 2023, he is Vice-Chair EMEA of Multilaw Young Lawyers Group.
Before joining Schalast in September 2020, he worked for three years in the Financial Services practice (Banking, Insurance and Investment Law) for an international law firm. There, he advised clients particularly on financing, regulatory and corporate law matters.
Simon Waldbröl is admitted to the bar as an attorney since 2017.
