Tatyana successfully represents clients of the firm in Russian commercial (arbitrazh) courts and courts of general jurisdiction, as well as in the course of domestic arbitration proceedings.
Has a considerable experience in representing clients in international arbitration proceedings (the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ICC International Court of Arbitration, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the Swiss Chambers' Arbitration Institution).
Has a wide experience in legal due diligence and supporting investments transactions.
Expert of the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers.
Participated in the “Commercial Law” program of the American Bar Association (ABA CEELI) as a lecturer.
