I assist businesses in a variety of corporate transactions and regulatory compliance issues. I frequently help domestic and international clients on the sale, distribution, marketing, labeling, and importation of products. Additionally, I assist clients with foreign direct investment work, including compliance with the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS)’s regulations. I was born and raised in Belgium and have lived and studied in Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America. I utilize my broad international background to assist overseas clients and offer unique and valuable insight to clients in their cross-border transactions.
