About Me
I'm a partner and head of the Penningtons Manches Cooper corporate law team advising corporates and business owners and managers on their UK business law requirements.

My focus is on supplying and managing appropriate legal support for all business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, re-organisations, fund raisings and start-ups. I can help you if your business is active in the UK and I regularly advise on multi-jurisdictional transactions and projects for businesses looking to set up or expand into the UK.

I am passionate about working with our team and clients on how sustainability impacts on business transactions and corporate governance and the wider influence of law on the green economy.

International connections are an important part of my work and I am one of Penningtons Manches Cooper's contacts for Multilaw which is one of the world's leading associations of independent law firms and one of the few major networks to offer local know-how in the world's main financial centres.
