Effective 1 March 2020, Schalast Rechtsanwälte Notare has strengthened its team with a further lawyer in its Corporate/M&A practice. Jörg Kaufmann (45) has joined Schalast from the VC/PE boutique Schadbach Rechtsanwälte, where he was salary partner from July 2019. Prior to that, he worked for Waldenberger Rechtsanwälte in Berlin as junior partner. Jörg Kaufmann is joining Schalast as counsel.
