SMC’s coal-fired plant financing and AP Renewables’ climate bond in ABLJ 2016 Deals of the Year

 

The Asia Business Law Journal (ABLJ) recognized two of the firm’s transactions in its inaugural Deals of the Year Awards. SMC’s coal-fired plant financing is one of seven featured Banking & Finance Deals of the Year, while AP Renewables’ climate bond is one of six featured Infrastructure Deals of the Year.

SMC’s coal-fired plant financing refers to the US$400 million project financing of a new 300MW coal-fired power plant in Limay, Bataan of SMC Consolidated Power Corp. Read more information about this transaction.
