Linda Bessa, a financing specialist with more than fifteen years of experience working with borrowers, banks and financial institutions, joins Racine as a partner.
Linda's practice focuses on acquisition finance, corporate and specialty finance, and turnaround and debt restructuring. She works with funds, acquirers, banks and financial institutions.
With fifteen years of experience working on high-profile cases, Linda will help strengthen Racine's M&A and private equity financing practice within the Banking, Finance and Insurance Department. Racine's finance team, now led by three partners, consists of seven lawyers.
Linda, who was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009, was previously a partner at Ayache. Prior to that, Linda worked at Norton Rose and Stephenson Harwood in the banking and asset finance departments.
