The racewalker Drahotová allegedly breached an antidoping rule when her sample had been tested positively, for which there is a potential maximum sentence four year ban.

The legal team consisting of Miloš Olík, Michal Cap, and Ondřej Brožek, managed to prove that changes in the athlete’s sample were not caused by use of a prohibited substance. As a result, Anežka Drahotová has not been banned from racing and can continue competing at various levels. This is another victory for ROWAN LEGAL’s sport arbitration team in recent months.
