Holland & Knight announced today that it has opened its 25th U.S. office in Philadelphia, and its 28th overall. The office will initially include 11 partners and one Of Counsel who practice in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits, banking and financial services, environmental law, employee stock ownership plans, intellectual property, and commercial litigation.

Holland & Knight’s new Philadelphia office includes partners Leonard Bernstein, Kelly Bley, James DelBello, Robert Frank, Kerry Halpern, John Martini, Daniel Mateo, David Pardys, Nipun Patel, Tracy Quinn, and Matthew Siembieda. Robert Jaworski will join as Of Counsel. These lawyers represent clients on transactional, regulatory and litigation matters in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, energy, healthcare and life sciences, infrastructure, manufacturing, and technology.
