Norwegian lawyer joins Advokatgruppen

Denmark member firm Advokatgruppen has hired Norwegian lawyer Dan Dahl Rahimian, who is also about to be enrolled as a member of the Danish Law Society, thereby expanding their legal services to include advice on Danish-Norwegian matters, especially trade between the countries.

In Norway, there is growth in a range of sectors, in particular, the construction sector, the maritime sector, the energy sector and in different industries as well as the e-commerce business. This is partly due to the fact that a number of Norwegian investors are investing considerable amounts in several of these sectors.

Norway – with its high purchasing power - is an attractive market for the Danish business community, and Danish companies are well-liked in the Norwegian market. Additionally, Danish exporters of climate-friendly goods / services are attractive cooperation partners for the very climate-oriented Norwegians.

Managing Partner Nicolai Brommann Carøe commented  "The employment of Dan Dahl Rahimian with a background as a Norwegian lawyer is part of a natural development of the international focus for Advokatgruppen. The firm is a founding member of Multilaw and we often assist foreign clients who are going to do business in Denmark, as well as Danish clients going abroad. Dan Dahl Rahimian will strengthen our cross-border advice and add to our continued international focus. We are pleased to now be able to offer other Multilaw members assistance in Norway as well as Denmark. For instance, we can assist companies in crossing national borders and become established in other countries, including Norway."
