In their latest newsletter, WKB  present a draft law providing for far-reaching protection of Polish businesses against their acquisition by foreign investors from outside the European Union. The draft was adopted by the government and submitted to the parliament. Should it come into force in its current form, it will affect a large number of M&A transactions.
