Overview


The Multilaw Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Project details the regimes for enforcing foreign judgments in jurisdictions across the Multilaw global network. The chapter for each jurisdiction summarises the applicable laws, procedures and practical considerations such as methods of enforcement, timescales and costs. It also explains the supporting interim and precautionary measures available in each jurisdiction, such as freezing orders and other types of injunction.
