A license to be obtained from the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (Financiary Market Authority) (AMF) is required Company's share capital should be > 125 000€ or 1/4 of the annual overhead costs.

Economic Conditions

Growing market for portfolio management services. Gross assets managed by portfolio management companies in 2015 = 3458 billion euros (against "only" 2028 billion euros in 2004).


Classic Asset and portfolio management services are still in the process of digitalizing their activities.
