Slaven Kovacevic is a partner in the Corporate & M&A practice group at the Düsseldorf office. He advises private equity funds, financial investors and companies on acquisitions, exits, minority shareholdings and other investments. He also advises shareholders on succession solutions in the context of company sales and on general corporate law. Slaven Kovacevic regularly advises on international transactions and matters. aven Kovacevic advises his clients comprehensively in all phases of transactions, often also in the context of competitive bidding processes. In particular, he also provides support in the preparation and structuring of auctions on the seller side. He also has extensive experience in coordinating complex cross-border transactions.
