About Me
Heng Seng heads the Employment & Industrial Relations Practice Group. He is widely recognised as a preeminent expert in the field by leading legal directories. His practice covers all aspects of labour and employment matters, with a focus on corporate advisory work. His clients include international household names with significant operations in Malaysia, as well as leading Malaysian corporates.

Heng Seng advises on compliance with employment-related legislation, management of transition and migration of staff, management of issues involving terminations and benefits, common law employment rights and duties, employment policies and documentation, and trade unions and collective agreements. Before entering private practice, he served in various capacities with the Malaysian Judicial and Legal Service.
