About Me
Daniel's particular expertise lies in the drafting of cross-border commercial contracts and in conducting complex multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings. He is often mandated to enforce foreign jugdements and arbitral awards in Germany.

Daniel was admitted to the German Bar in 2004 and to the French Bar as Avocat à la Cour in 2007. He is also accredited as an arbitrator at the CMAP in Paris.

Daniel's clients include medium-sized companies from industry and commerce as well as various banks, which Daniel assists in cross-border legal cases, often with reference to France, Africa and the Near and Middle East.

Daniel is one of the first Bar appointed specialist lawyers for international business law in Germany and was for several years chairman of the examination committee for the award of the title "Specialist Lawyer for International Business Law" at the Stuttgart Bar Association. He is also certified as a French specialist lawyer for international law and EU law.
