About Me
Charles Bouffier is specialized in digital and IT law.
Charles also benefits from a recognized expertise in media and entertainment law for having worked in this industry before joining the legal profession. He handles advisory and litigation matters relating to new technologies, commercial and intellectual property law issues, on behalf of French and foreign companies in various sectors such as software publishing, cinema and audiovisual, entertainment (gaming, NFT) and luxury goods.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2010 and joined Racine as partner in 2022.
