About Me
Kamyar Karsaz is a lawyer and advises in particular on corporate law and M&A.

As a research assistant, Kamyar Karsaz worked for two major international law firms, both in Frankfurt am Main, in the area of Banking & Finance. Prior to joining Schalast, Kamyar Karsaz worked as Legal Counsel in the legal department of a municipal energy provider, where he provided legal advice to the management and departments.
He is a member of the Corporate & M&A practice group.

Education
Kamyar Karsaz studied law at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen and at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. Already during his studies he focused on commercial law, in particular on the interface between insolvency and corporate law. During his legal clerkship, he completed his legal internship at a renowned commercial law firm (Frankfurt am Main) in the areas of corporate law and M&A. He completed his elective internship in the legal department of a large Dax corporation in Munich.

Since October 2021, Kamyar Karsaz has been completing the part-time Master of Laws program in M&A at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Professional Associations
Admitted to the bar by the Frankfurt Bar Association in 2021, Kamyar Karsaz has been advising Schalast since June 2022, in particular in the areas of corporate law and M&A.
