About Me
For over 20 years, Nicolas Boytchev has advised French and international groups in connection with their real estate projects.
Nicolas is head of Racine’s Real Estate – Construction department. He is involved in all stages of real estate transactions, both as a legal advisor and a litigator, notably with respect to commercial leases, real estate transactions, construction/development and real estate asset management.
He was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1996 and is a Partner at Racine since 2001.
