Jean-Philippe is a qualified attorney and a member of the Luxembourg Bar and has extensive experience in cross-border structuring.

He specialized in giving corporate advice on big-scale cross-border transactions such as group restructurings, investments and M&A with a particular focus on US companies and provides, inter alia, advice to local banks on investment fund issues in the private equity field.

Jean-Philippe served as Chairman of the Committee for Financial Companies at the Luxembourg Institute for Directors (ILA), and is actively involved in the work for developing corporate governance recommendation and guidance for non-listed companies.
