About Me
Pierre Van Fraeyenhoven has gained extensive experience in corporate law and commercial law, covering both advice and litigation.

In addition to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, he has gained significant experience in advising retail companies wishing to establish or operate a distribution network (agency, concession, franchise, etc.) in Belgium or abroad. In this context, he assists his clients from their initial ideas through to actual implementation.

Pierre also regularly represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings relating to commercial disputes, post-acquisition action, investments, and disputes between shareholders.

He acts for clients in various sectors of the economy, including the automotive industry, construction, fashion and hotels.
