About Me
Renata is specialised in corporate law with a practice more specifically turned towards mergers and acquisitions (national and cross-border), joint ventures, restructuring and financing/refinancing operations of companies. She regularly advises clients on matters relating to capital market transactions, governance of publicly listed and unlisted companies, as well as on legal and regulatory responsibility (including administrators’ responsibility). In the past, she also assisted her clients in litigation matters within her practice areas, such as shareholders’ and contractual litigation. She is a lecturer in Company Law at the House of Training.
