Andrew grew up in Papua New Guinea and has worked across the Pacific as both external and in-house counsel. He has a unique understanding of the Pacific, its people, customs, and doing business in the region.

Andrew facilitates investment from around the world and between countries in the Pacific. With eight years as senior in-house counsel for a multinational covering Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu and Nauru, he has extensive experience as an adviser to senior management, boards and shareholders on key legal, regulatory, compliance, corporate governance and business development issues.
