Education
After studying law at the Ruhr University in Bochum with a focus on civil law, Dr. Karsten Schaudinn began working as a lawyer in a large medium-sized law firm in the Bergisches Land region of Germany, where he headed the banking law practice. Since 2012, Dr. Karsten Schaudinn has been a specialist lawyer for banking and capital markets law. His main areas of practice include legal representation of credit institutions and financial service providers, also in connection with the defense of claims arising from consumer protection rights or failed capital investments. In addition, Dr. Schaudinn assists credit institutions in the structuring and handling of complex banking law transactions.
