I have a background as a business lawyer, with many years of experience as a partner of a law firm and have been an entrepreneur, too. I deal with a wide range of business law matters, including various commercial contracts, purchase and sale of companies, employment law, shareholder agreements, commercial disputes, including arbitration and litigation. In addition, I have a great deal of negotiation experience in relation to both commercial negotiations and actual dispute resolution.
For a number of years I have also been Head of Legal / Chief Counsel in more large Danish and international companies, and have thereby gained significant experience in structuring and solving a company’s legal needs in collaboration with the organization’s management and other stakeholders. In relation hereto, I have gained considerable expertise in franchising and the special legal issues that are associated with franchising, both nationally and internationally.
