About Me
I have been working for more than 15 years within private and business legal matters. I have a great deal of experience in advising on the purchasing and selling of real estate (including the purchasing and selling of tenanted properties), tenancy law, inheritance and wills, probate, bankruptcy and contract law. Furthermore, I have conducted many civil proceedings.
I have been appointed as a licensed administrator at the Horsens Court, and since 2010, I am assigned as an assistant in the Probate court, dealing with compulsory dissolution cases.
In 2009 I was admitted to the High Court.
Prior to Advokatgruppen, I worked as an Attorney with Plesner in Copenhagen, and for 5 years I have been Head of the law firm Elvang & Partnere/ Vilsøe Boligadvokater. Additionally, I operated an independent company under the name of MHL Advokatfirma from premises in Horsens.
