About Me
Britta Fischer advises national and international clients on all matters in relation to individual or collective labour law, in particular in negotiations with the social partners in the context of restructuring and transactions. Her career started at as in-house counsel at German Lufthansa, where she worked last as a senior expert in labour law. One focus of her previous work was the employment law structuring of M&A projects and business transitions. From July 2014 until joining Schalast, she was the deputy head of the working group on labour law at the BUJ (Bundesverband für Unternehmensjuristen - Federal Association of In-House Lawyers).
