About Me
Working closely with clients from the original conception of an idea through to creation, advertising and promotion, Belinda’s practice encompasses all aspects of intellectual property law including portfolio management, trade mark and design clearance searches and advice, trade mark oppositions and removal actions, prosecution of domestic and international trade marks and designs, dispute resolution and advice in relation to copyright, misuse of confidential information, breaches of the consumer protection provisions of the Australian Consumer Law and passing off.

Belinda also focuses on the negotiation and drafting of a broad range of commercial agreements such as intellectual property and technology licences, confidentiality agreements as well as distribution and supply agreements.
