About Me
Silvia has over 4 years of experience in Business Law, Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property. She advises national and international corporate clients for their establishment in Costa Rica, registration, commercial agreements and contracts, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder’s agreements, and corporate governance, and as well as for their day-a-day commercial operations. Furthermore, she has advised national and foreign companies in International Commercial Arbitration and domestic proceedings related to Contractual and non-contractual civil liability, damages, construction projects, and those related to commercial law in important commercial transactions. Currently, she also works as the In-House counsel of an important Latin American company.

She is a candidate for a specialization in Notary and Registration Law from Universidad la Salle.
