I have specialist knowledge of the life sciences, technology, mining and financial services sectors and my expertise includes listing companies on stock exchanges, public and private takeovers, restructurings and resolving corporate governance and investment issues. I am recognised by Chambers UK as a ‘Leader in their field’ within ‘Corporate/M&A: Mid-Market’.

I am a member of the Quoted Companies Alliance Legal Committee and the City of London Law Society’s Training Committee.

I have spent periods of time seconded to J. Henry Schroder's UK Corporate Finance team as an investment banker and Charterhouse Securities as a broker, in each case dealing with companies listed on the Main Board of London Stock Exchange plc.
