About Me
Roland Arlt is a partner in the Banking & Finance Department. He advises banks, financial institutions and investors in all areas of banking, financial markets and investment regulation as well as in the area of real estate.
He focuses his practice on real estate finance, project finance (in particular in the renewable energy sector), asset finance, acquisition finance, securitisation (in particular CMBS and loan servicing), structured finance, mezzanine capital, bonds, non-performing loans, distressed investments and general banking and banking regulation.
Roland Arlt joined Schalast in 2018 and is located in the Hamburg (mainly) and Frankfurt offices. Before joining Schalast, he worked for a Hamburg-based commercial law firm and (since 2007) for international law firms in Frankfurt am Main, London, Milan and Rome.
In addition to the call to the German bar is admitted to practice in Italy (the latter being currently inactive).
