About Me
Mark is a qualified solicitor who also has a Masters of Intellectual Property Laws, a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Biochemistry). He has never lost a contested matter. He is an expert in brand protection and securing Trade Mark rights.

Mark has received numerous awards for his work as a Trade Mark Lawyer. Mark is ranked as a leading lawyer by the World Trade Mark Review 2018. In January 2017, Mark was appointed to the Trade Marks Standing Committee of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property due to his knowledge and experience across all areas of Trade Mark law.

Mark advises on the searching, availability and registrability of new Trade Marks. He is dedicated to securing the registration of Australian, New Zealand and international Trade Mark applications. He also has significant experience in policing and enforcing Trade Mark rights, both nationally and internationally.

Mark has been a long-serving member of executive committees, company boards, and was a small business owner.
