About Me
Rob van Warmerdam has been a lawyer since 1999 and became an Associate Partner at Bosselaar en Strengers Advocaten on 1 September 2017. From 2004, with the exception of one brief period, Rob conducted his own private firm under the name of Relegal. Rob has specialised in civil property law since 1995 with a focus on construction law.

Rob represents parties in the construction industry, investors, corporate and other commissioning parties, and contractors and entrepreneurs in general in matters involving contracting for work, sale and purchase, commercial leasing, project development, collaborations and joint venture agreements, procurement law and commercial disputes. Rob also advises independent medical specialists on aspects of collaboration with fellow professionals and in their relationship with the healthcare institute with which they are affiliated.

Rob takes great pains to ensure that he not only has thorough knowledge of the case but also of his clients and their organisation. His strategy is one defined not so much by the short-term solution but rather in securing the longer-term interests.
