About Me
Allen Gichuhi specializes in commercial and administrative law (public law) litigation. In this area, his specialty is in the following areas of law: banking (debt collection, realization of securities and injunctions.), company (litigation involving receiverships), insurance, bankruptcy, employment and property law, medical and professional negligence amongst others. In this capacity, he has successfully filed suit for the clients in various matters and also defended the clients.
