Jan-Willem Verhoeven is part of the Administrative Law & Government Department. He has been working as a lawyer since 2011 and joined Bosselaar & Strengers Advocaten in September 2016. He successfully completed the Spatial Environmental Law specialist course with the Institute for Construction Law in 2015.
Jan-Willem specialises in spatial administrative law. In this area, he advises and litigates in the field of spatial planning law (environmental law), government liability (compensation for loss resulting from administrative acts, loss resulting from government planning decisions and unlawful decisions) and general administrative law issues. Jan-Willem is also experienced in the civil-law property field. His clients include SMEs, individuals with high leverage in real estate, farmers and land or country estate owners.
Jan-Willem is an inquisitive lawyer with an eye for detail. He considers it a challenge to research a legal issue in depth and he always strives to achieve the best result.
