Anna Wojciechowska
About Me
Anna Wojciechowska co-heads the Company Law and Corporate Governance team and the German Desk, and also cooperates with the M&A and the Intellectual Property & TMT teams at WKB. She provides advice on company law and M&As, including to German-speaking clients. She has extensive experience in mergers, divisions and transformations of companies and partnerships, as well as in incorporation of new entities, including joint ventures, and preparing of internal corporate governance rules. She has broad experience advising on share purchases and corporate structuring as part of tax optimisation projects, with a special focus on specific aspects of intellectual property transfers. She works for many clients from the publishing and media industries.

Education
• graduated from the Faculty of European Law at Viadrina University in Frankfurt (Polish-German studies),
• graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan,
• Master of German and Polish Law (LL.M.),
• completed a post-graduate programme on intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration,
• completed a course on public international law as part of her Socrates/Erasmus programme at Utrecht University, Faculty of Law,
• a PhD student at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
