In Construction law and public procurement law, I advise in cases of AB92, ABT93, AB consumers, including property shortages, public tender and procurement, especially in connection with the Danish Procurement Act. I also advise and lead litigation and arbitration proceedings for main contractors, subcontractors and contractors.
In Insolvency law, I work within bankruptcy cases, from any prior discussions with the insolvent, meeting in court, conducting avoidance proceedings, facilitating the sale of assets, the collecting of outstanding claims, handling contracts and conciliation, creditor meetings and finally debt collection, distribution and closure of bankruptcy cases. In addition, I advise on internal and external reorganisation proceedings, and collaborate with banks, auditors and other trusted advisors.
I am a member of the Insolvency Court in Horsens, designated as a permanent place of assistance in debt settlement proceedings.
I have taught Construction Law at the VIA University College for both Danish and International constructing architect students, which included topics such as AB92, ABT93 and procurement rules.
Board Chairman of the Association for Legal Aid within Horsens district.
On the Board of the Karate Centre in Horsens.
I hold presentations on topics relating to construction law and insolvency law.
