Kerri Crossen is partner and head of the procurement group at Philip Lee. She has practised in the areas of procurement, construction, projects and PPP for over 12 years and has particular experience in the area of education and transport PPPs.
She advises on EU and national public procurement law, in relation to running tender procedures for the supply of works, goods and services contracts, on risk mitigation measures in tender procedures and regarding procurement challenges for both public and private clients.
Kerri advises on all forms of construction contracts from low value standard construction documentation to high value bespoke infrastructure contracts.
Kerri advises both public and private sector clients on all aspects of the procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects in various sectors. She has recently been involved in advising the public sector on the procurement of a number of PPP projects in the education, health and justice sectors. Kerri also advised a number of private sector bidders on the roads and accommodation PPPs over the last 10 years.
