Special Counsel
Libby Goad
About Me
Libby studied psychology and criminology before setting her sights on a career in law.

The forensic skills she gained from those early studies enable her to pinpoint the key points in running a successful case.

She’s now a sought after litigator for disputes across a range of issues, including intellectual property, misleading and deceptive conduct and competition law. She also has extensive experience representing clients facing investigations by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

Libby works with her clients to understand not only the financial costs but also the far reaching implications litigation can have on their business. In weighing up the pros and cons, Libby provides a range of solutions with the businesses goals always front of mind.

“My client’s business interests and their goals are always my primary focus. It’s my goal to use the law as a tool to benefit their business.”
