Lisa Greer Quateman is a principal at the national law firm Polsinelli LLP. She also serves as an independent director on the board of Scherzer International in Los Angeles, which provides specialized background screening reports for commercial and investment banks, private equity funds, and many of the largest law and public accounting firms in the world.
Her legal specialties are capital markets transactions and regulatory matters for private companies, entrepreneurs, property owners, nonprofit organizations, financial institutions, utilities, and government entities, as well as extensive experience with all types of real estate and corporate transactions. She serves as bond, disclosure, underwriters', trustees' and bank counsel in public offerings of over $25 billion tax-exempt bonds transactions under federal, state, and local laws.Lisa is a member of WomenCorporateDirectors - Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter.
