Dmitry in a member of the Russian Association of Antitrust Lawyers.

Has an extensive experience of successful litigation in all court instances in Russian courts of general jurisdiction, commercial (arbitrazh) courts, as well as experience of representing clients in domestic arbitration proceedings.

Represented clients of the firm in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Member of the Expert Council at the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service; participated in the work of various workgroups on various matters of antitrust law.

Has extensive experience of legal due diligence of Russian legal entities with subsequent support to the deals of their purchase.

Has an extensive experience of consulting on matters of antitrust law, including the matters of determination of a dominating position and the revealing actions of the economy subjects concerning the abuse of a dominating position, reviewing agreements from the perspective of compliance with antitrust laws, receipt of the antimonopoly authority’s approval to operations and transactions.

Is a patent attorney of Russia (registration number 1228); advises Russian and foreign clients on the matters of registration of trademarks and other intellectual property; represents clients of the firm at the Federal Service on Intellectual Property and the Patent Dispute Chamber.

Is a certified legal expert (voluntary certification system TRCSE at the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation); has experience of expert evaluation of the grade of similarity of symbols with a protected trademark; provided opinions on the grade of similarity of symbols for courts.
