Conducts legal support to external commercial transactions (inter alia, relating to import and export operation); drafts and reviews commercial agreements; advices clients on transborder money transfers, Russian foreign exchange legislation, certification of goods, Russian and EAEU customs rules.

Has an extensive experience of legal due diligence of Russian legal entities with subsequent support to the transactions for their purchase (M&A), including complex ones with a foreign element.
