Shan was admitted as a partner at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill on 1 January 2010.

Shan is a litigator and his primary areas of practice are corporate, commercial and civil litigation.

With extensive experience as counsel in litigious matters, Shan is actively involved in all levels of trials and appellate advocacy before the Malaysian courts. Shan’s practice covers a wide range of breaches of directors’ duties, shareholders’ disputes and minority oppression actions to contractual and property disputes as well as defending claims arising from negligence lawsuits.

As an adjunct to this, Shan also represents private clients in contentious and non-contentious probate and administration matters.
