About Me
Sven Bösing studied law at the Eberhard-Karls University of Tübingen. In his legal education, he focused on corporate and labor law. After passing the second state examination (Staatsexamen) in Baden-Württemberg, Sven Bösing continued his legal studies with a postgraduate degree from the University of Georgia (USA), where he earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on corporate law and M&A. Furthermore, he passed the Bar Exam of the state of New York, USA, in 2016.

During his legal education, Sven Bösing worked as an intern at various medium-size law firms in Tübingen, Munich and Atlanta (GA, USA) and as research assistant in the M&A department of an international operating law firm in its Stuttgart office.

Prior to joining the team of Schalast & Partner, Sven Bösing worked as legal counsel with the corporate legal department of the Deutsche Börse AG.

He was admitted to the Frankfurt am Main Bar Association in 2014. In addition, in 2019, he was admitted as Attorney at Law, New York, USA. At Schalast & Partner, Sven Bösing advises in the areas corporate law and M&A.
